City of Clatskanie PUBLIC HEARING The Clatskanie City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 1, at 7 p.m. in the council chambers. The purpose of the public hearing is for the city council to obtain citizen views and to respond to questions or comments regarding the use of state revenue sharing. City of Rainier Library Services REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Proposals Due 4 p.m., Friday, June 10. The City of Rainier, Ore., invites proposals from firms or individuals interested in providing professional library services to the city-owned library facility. The city seeks a provider to operate and staff a library servicing the city, population of 1800 people and the surrounding unincorporated area. The City of Rainier requests potential offerors at a minimum address the following items: operations hours; automation of collections, catalogs and circulation; information systems update and management; writing grants and proposals; ability to liaison with the Oregon State Library board; compliance with Oregon State Library standards; volunteer recruitment training and management, collection management; trust administration; and strategic planning. Salisbury & Callahan TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE Pursuant to ORS 86.705 et. seq. and ORS 79.5010, et seq. Reference is made to that certain Deed of Trust (the “Trust Deed”) dated October 6, 2008, by J&J Investment Holdings, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, (the “Grantor”) to Ticor Title  (the “Trustee”) and to John P. Salisbury, Successor Trustee, P.O. Box 288, Clatskanie, Oregon, 97016, to secure payment and performance of certain obligations of Grantor, including repayment of a promissory note dated October 6, 2008 in the principal amount of $200,000.00 to John F. Stennick and Nina J. Stennick, as beneficiary and recorded October 7, 2008, as Recording Number 2008-009454, in the official real property records of Columbia County, Oregon. The beneficial interest under said Trust Deed and the obligations secured thereby are presently held by John F. Stennick and Nina J. Stennick. By reason of said default, John F. Stennick and Nina J. Stennick , as beneficiary under the Trust Deed, and the Successor Trustee have elected to foreclose the trust deed by advertisement and sale pursuant to ORS 86.705 to ORS 86.795 and to sell the real property identified above to satisfy the obligation that is secured by the Trust Deed.       NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Successor Trustee or Successor Trustee’s agent will on July 29, 2011, at 11 a.m. based on the standard of time established by ORS 187.110, just outside the main entrance of the Clatskanie City Hall at 95 S. Clatskanie City Council MEETING NOTICE The Clatskanie City Council will meet for a regular meeting on Wednesday, June 1, at 7 p.m. in the city council chambers.
