Clatskanie People’s Utility District

BOARD WORKSHOP NOTICE

The Clatskanie People’s Utility District board of directors has scheduled a board workshop for Wednesday, Dec. 12. The board workshop will commence at 5:30 p.m., in the community room of the district’s administration building located at 495 E. Columbia River Hwy., Clatskanie.

An executive session will be held, pursuant to: ORS 192.660 (2) (h) to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body regarding current litigation or litigation likely to be filed.        12-6-c

The Rainier School District board of directors is scheduled to meet on Monday, Dec. 10, in the board room at 28168 Old Rainier Road at 7 p.m.
