You are hereby required to appear and defend the complaint for quiet title filed against you in the above-entitled action within THIRTY (30) DAYS of the date of service of this summons upon you, and, in case of your failure to do so, for want thereof, plaintiff will apply to the court for the relief demanded in the complaint. The object of the complaint is to declare plaintiff to be the owner in fee simple of the real property described as: 78342 Columbia River Hwy., Rainier, Oregon 97048.

REGULAR BOARD MEETING NOTICE
The Rainier School District board of directors is scheduled to meet on Monday, March 11, in the board room at 28168 Old Rainier Road at 7 p.m.
The agenda items include, but are not limited to, furlough days for the 2012-13 calendar, 2013-14 budget and school calendars, and staffing renewals.

Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, March 27, at 6 p.m. a public hearing will be held before the City of Rainier Planning Commission at Rainier City Hall, 106 West B St., Rainier.
The hearing is being held to receive public testimony regarding a design review application submitted by the city to implement a dry RV park on vacant property located at 696 West A Street, west of the wastewater treatment plant. 3-7-c
