The Board of Directors for Clatskanie School District 6J will hold a regular Board meeting February 24, 6:30 p.m. at Clatskanie Elementary School, Media Center, located at 815 S Nehalem.
The agenda includes but is not limited to: open enrollment, resignations, renewals and the regular business on the consent agenda. There will also be Executive sessions as per ORS 192.660 (2)(d) To conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations. ORS 192.660 (2)(i) To review and evaluate the employment related performance of the chief executive officer of any public body, a public officer, employee or staff member who does not request an open hearing.

Quincy Water Association
Annual Share-holder’s Meeting
The Quincy Water Association annual shareholder’s meeting will be held Tuesday, March 4, 2014.
This year the meeting will be held at the Zen Monastery in Quincy. The meeting will start at 7:00 PM in the cafeteria. 2-20-c
STREET SWEEPING PUBLIC NOTICE
A City of Clatskanie street sweeping is scheduled for Monday, February 24, 2014 to clean up the excess grit on the streets. If possible, please do not park any vehicles on city streets from 12:00 thru 8:00 a.m. 2-20-c.
Clatskanie Planning Commission
The Clatskanie Planning Commission will meet for a workshop meeting on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
Agenda items include but are not limited to the following: Approval of the minutes of the regular meeting of May 22, 2013 and a workshop regarding zone change procedures. An updated agenda will be posted at City Hall by February 25, 2014.
